1. 3-Day Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users to explore our Services before committing to a paid subscription. During this period, you can access our practice tests, performance reviews, and learning analytics without any charge.

2. 7-Day Refund Policy for Paid Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with our Services after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the start of your paid subscription, provided you have not completed any tests on our platform during that time.

• Eligibility: Refunds are only available for the initial subscription purchase (not renewals) and if no tests have been taken.
• How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@itcertprep.com with your subscription details, or request a refund directly through Paddle’s platform (Paddle.net).
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and returned to your original payment method.

3. Loss of Right to Cancel for Digital Content

As our Services provide digital content (e.g., practice tests, learning analytics), you acknowledge that by starting to use the content (e.g., taking a test or accessing materials), you waive your right to cancel the contract and request a refund under applicable consumer protection laws, such as the 14-day cooling-off period. This waiver is explicitly agreed upon at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• After the 7-day refund period has expired.
• If you have completed any tests on our platform during the refund period.
• For subscription renewals or auto-renewed payments.
• If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
